Customer Service Team Leader People Coach & Growth

The ESP Group are recruiting for a Team Leader to join our contact centre in Arbroath on a full time, permanent basis. You will lead a team of Customer Service Advisors, ensuring exceptional service across multiple channels and supporting day-to-day operations.

We value excellent communication, strong IT skills, and the ability to coach and develop staff. Flexible patterns across 7 days between 7am and 10pm are offered, with immediate start possible.
