Overview

Customer Service Team Leader CSTL starting salary £14.40 per hour. As a Customer Service Team Leader at Paddy Power, you will be the welcoming host for our customers in our retail shops, ensuring an outstanding experience. You will engage warmly, provide best-in-class service, and promote our online and retail products and services.

Responsibilities

• Host customers in shop and clearly communicate answers to queries.
• Promote latest promotions to customers.
• Assist customers to place bets through betting terminals, telephone services, and in-shop transactions.
• Maintain excellent shop presentation to create an inviting atmosphere.
• Act as the Shop Manager in their absence, ensuring smooth shop operations.
• Adapt to different situations while remaining customer-focused.
• Fulfil social responsibility duties by adhering to guidelines and regulations.
