Job Description
Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Team Leader at PaddyPower, you will provide outstanding customer service in our retail shops, promote our online and retail products, and build warm relationships with guests.

  • Host customers in the shop and cross sell retail and online products and services.
  • Assist customers in placing bets via terminals, telephone services, and in shop transactions.
  • Maintain excellent shop presentation standards to create an inviting atmosphere.
  • Lead operations in the absence of the Shop Manager, ensuring smooth functioning of the shop.
  • Adapt to different situations while staying customer focused.
  • Fulfill social responsibility duties by adhering to guidelines and regulations.
