Paddy Power in Romford is hiring a Customer Service Team Leader for our retail shops. You will welcome customers, provide best-in-class service, and promote our offers to enhance the in-store experience.

You'll host customers, communicate clearly, meet shop goals, and manage operations when the Shop Manager is away. Training is provided if you're new to the betting industry, and you'll work in a dynamic, hospitality driven environment.
