LKQ, based in Trafford Park, is seeking a hands-on Contact Centre Supervisor to oversee daily line activities, motivate the team and ensure high-quality customer service across calls, emails and chat.

You will support the Contact Centre Management in recruiting, inducting and developing colleagues, driving performance, and delivering KPIs while fostering a collaborative, customer-first culture across the UK & Europe.
