Based on site in Bolton, you'll be one of 11 Customer Service Team Co-Ordinators, sharing best practices and knowledge and learning a multitude of skills within the supply chain function at Warburtons, to help us delight families every day with our great range of quality products.

The Recipe

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Team Co-Ordinator, working a fixed Sunday to Thursday rota. The role sits in our Supply Chain function, however, you don't need to have experience in that area, whether it's face to face in retail or hospitality, over the phone in a call centre setting, if you enjoy dealing with customers we'll give you all the training you'll need to succeed.

You will be the point of contact for our customers nationally in the customer service hub, responsible for responding to customer queries relating to deliveries or orders, that cannot be resolved using our EPOD system.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Provide a contact service for the customer liaising with the shop managers on their delivery or order queries
  • Deal with any issues related to delivery times and service through speaking with internal teams
  • Building strong relationships with site teams
  • Logging info and data to track customer service trends and future support
  • Sharing best practice and knowledge with other members of the Customer Care Team
