• Handle requests from customers made by phone, email, or any other method.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for clients with questions, effectively addressing concerns or escalating them to the proper department.

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in support & services for clients.
• Mandarin fluency is essential.
• Ability to reliably commute to Birmingham, or relocation planned before starting work.
