Role Overview

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide world class service, creating a friendly, welcoming experience during rent and return processes, maximizing customer loyalty and sales opportunities.
  • Selling: Demonstrate outstanding selling skills, identify and maximize opportunities to increase revenue, and meet daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve a wide variety of customer issues throughout the rental journey using Hertz's proven tools and involving management when necessary.
  • Teamwork: Work efficiently in a fast paced environment to meet quality, service, and performance goals; support colleagues across all operations roles.
  • Control & Audit: Adhere to company SOPs for valeting, delivery, and collection; ensure compliance with GDPR and document any additional damage on return.
  • Continuous Improvement: Encourage a best practice sharing culture and strive to improve service and mindsets.

Requirements
  • A valid UK or EU driving licence
  • An enthusiastic, flexible, and positive attitude towards selling
  • Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or retail environment
  • Good English communication skills
  • Willingness to work on a shift rota basis, 7 days a week, and be flexible
