CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - Temporary position

Main mission:

Ensure the complete processing of orders for assigned countries, from receipt to billing and shipping, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.

Tasks:

Manage the complete cycle of orders (receipt, validation, billing, shipping).

Track and resolve blocked orders.

Prepare billing and shipping documents (export, import, banking).

Organize the transport and ensure tracking until delivery.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.

Maintain accurate sales projections and assess risks.

Apply SOPs and compliance requirements.

Participate in ad hoc projects and regular calls with clients/distributors.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Profile:

Training in the field of customer service

Ideally prior experience in customer service or order management.

Knowledge of SAP, CRM and MS Office applications.

Customer oriented, flexible, proactive.

Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Excellent communication skills (written and oral).

English/ French
