You will be joining a dynamic, busy and successful business who supplies to the construction industry. This is for a permanent job working in their Evesham office, joining a friendly and helpful team.
Your new role

Processing a high volume of product orders.

Processing invoices for all sales transactions.

Checking prices and contracts are up-to-date.

Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team's objectives.

Taking incoming and making outgoing calls to and from customers and suppliers.

Communicating internally important feedback from customers.

Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday in the office.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally experience in a customer service, sales or administrative function.

Confidence in using the phone to contact customers and receive calls.

Hard-working, resilient and focussed with a willingness to succeed.

Excellent communication skills and a high regard for customer service levels.

Polite, courteous manner with customers and colleagues.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
