About This Role

You'll join a people and technology driven business, handling calls to and from customers about life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans. You'll support customers planning for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, or supporting families during bereavements, ensuring a seamless experience during the moments that matter.

Comprehensive training will be provided so financial services experience isn't essential. Many new colleagues come from customer facing backgrounds in contact centres, retail, hospitality, or the travel industry.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans.
  • Assist customers with planning for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, and supporting families during bereavements.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience during moments that matter.
  • Utilise a range of IT applications with attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable switching between multiple IT applications with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Passionate about delivering a seamless customer experience with empathy and respect.
