Customer Service Operative

Overview

gap personnel are looking for Customer Service Operative x2 for our well establishes Client based in Stafford - Acton Gate with an immediate start !

Rota: 5 days out of 7 Saturdays and Sundays required occasionally

8h shifts in between 6AM and 8PM , weekends 6AM-6PM based on a rota provided for few following weeks.

On going long term work for suitable candidates !

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Responsibilities

• Dealing with customer queries
• Booking deliveries
• Arranging returns and replacements
• Keeping system up to date

Requirements

Experience in customer service is essential.
