Customer Service Manager - Lead a High-Performing Team

Morrisons in Burton upon Trent is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead by example, coaching colleagues and delivering outstanding service that makes local shoppers feel properly looked after. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will manage store-wide service routines, coach teams, and build strong relationships across departments to keep checkout and service areas running smoothly.

You will oversee scheduling, attendance, and training, drive performance toward targets, and ensure resources
