About the Role:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth export operations?
As an O2C Export Coordinator at Sanofi, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end customer service for our export customers in the Consumer Healthcare business across the MEA region. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction, accurate invoicing, and timely product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Supply Chain Flows: Manage interactions with customers, markets, factories, distribution centers, and freight forwarders within your assigned geographical scope.
Global Project Participation: Contribute to global projects, adhering to deadlines, commercial agreements, and pharmaceutical regulations.
Order Processing: Ensure the accurate processing and tracking of export orders from receipt to delivery, including data entry, invoicing, and documentation.
Optimize Transport: Align transport operations with budget expectations and negotiated deadlines.
Documentation Compliance: Ensure the availability and compliance of required documents.
Revenue Targets: Help achieve monthly revenue targets and prevent stockouts.
Chemical Trading Operations: Oversee the export of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and excipients, ensuring compliance with Sanofi's Quality standards and international regulations.
What You'll Bring:
Have language proficiencies in English and French (both written and verbal).
Demonstrate a strong experience of E2E Order to Cash processes, customer service mindset, and knowledge of customs and tax rules.
Be comfortable with hands-on experience with SAP (preferably S4 Hana) and Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, analytical, and financial acumen. Ability to interact diplomatically with customers and stakeholders.
Be a self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. A team player with a collaborative mindset.
