Work Arrangements: Fully office based

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
• Resolving issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to support the customer journey
• Identifying ways to improve customer satisfaction and processes

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and familiarity with business tools such as Microsoft 365; knowledge of Sage is advantageous
