Customer Service Executive

• Reporting to the Sales Manager and assisting with managing client accounts
• Liaising with clients and providing information on products and services provided
• Preparing quotations for clients and following these up to obtain sales orders
• Setting up orders on computer system and ensuring on time delivery
• Upselling and cross selling at all opportunities to maximise sales revenue
• Maintaining accurate and up to date sales and customer records on computer system
