Customer Service Executive

Global Company seek experienced Customer Service Executive to join busy, professional team, excellent prospects are available for the right person

• Providing all round administrative and customer service support in Operations Department
• Managing incoming telephone calls and dealing with routine client enquiries
• Dealing with orders received from large retailers, Sainsbury's, Asda etc and Amazon
• Setting up orders received on the computer system uploading and sending all the product details
• Preparing despatch paperwork and working with external Warehouse to ensure timely deliveries
• Tracking orders from instigation stage through to successful delivery to client
