Job Description

This role would suit capable and organised Customer Service Executive who is happy working in a team environment and contributing to the overall success of the business

Managing incoming calls from both domestic and commercial clients
Managing requests for service/maintenance/breakdown support and seeing through to completion
Handling incoming calls from clients and establishing their requirements
Providing information and guidance to clients on full services provided
Allocating jobs to be completed to team of field based Engineers
Arranging and sourcing parts required for work to be completed and placing orders with suppliers
