Customer Service Coordinator

Office-Based, Warrington or Lincoln 37.5 hours per week

What You'll Do:

• Customer Support: Process orders with accuracy and efficiency, keeping customers informed at every step.
• Sales Generation: Support account managers by responding to inquiries, providing quotes, and driving repeat business.
• Lead Generation: Seek out new opportunities through inbound leads and email prospecting.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Field Sales, Product Management, and other departments to meet customer needs.
• Product Knowledge: Stay ahead by participating in training sessions from Braemac and suppliers.

What We're Looking For:

• A Level or equivalent in two subjects.
• Demonstrable experience in sales, logistics, or customer service that would add value to the role.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central (a plus), along with the wider Microsoft business suite.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• A confident communicator, comfortable interacting with diverse groups.
