Rockfish is a unique seafood business that catches, processes and delivers seafood across the UK via our Online Seafood Market.

You will be based at our office right on the quayside at Brixham fish market, you will have passion for customer experience and thrive in a fast paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Responding to customer enquiries across email, phone, and social channels
• Managing support tickets using Zoho Desk
• Troubleshooting order issues and assisting with returns
• Helping customers with product advice and guiding them through purchases
• Engaging with followers and customers on social media
• Updating FAQs and website info to improve the customer journey
• Sharing customer feedback with the operations and marketing teams
• Supporting with data entry, reporting, and general office tasks
• Assisting restaurant teams with communications during staff holidays

What We're Looking For:

• Experience using CRM/ticketing systems (Zoho Desk is a plus!)
• Strong IT skills - Word, Excel, and quick, accurate typing; proof reading essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A friendly, proactive mindset and a genuine love for helping people
• Ability to work independently on Saturdays from home
