Customer Service Associate

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
• Capacity to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
