Key Requirements for the Customer Service Associate role include:- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Competence in accurately processing sales transactions at the cash register.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including 2nd shift, weekends and holidays as necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and comfort with having to stand for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
