Binnen een dynamische logistieke omgeving zoeken we een Assistant Manager Customer Service die zowel operationeel als peoplegericht sterk is.

Het customer service team kende recent veel verloop. De functie is nieuw en biedt ruimte om mee structuur te brengen.

Je ondersteunt de Customer Service Manager (zeer ervaren) en helpt het team stabiliteit, structuur en motivatie terug te geven.
