Customer Service Assistant - full time. Retail & Food Experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate.

• Cash handling and operate the till system.
• Serve customers, upsell, cooking, baking, and weigh and check deliveries.
• Stocking, general cleaning and day-to-day business needs.
• Complete daily safety walks & checks.
• Ensure forecourt safety and continuous availability of consumables for customers.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and delivering a personalized experience.
• Build rapport with customers to leave the store with a great experience.
• Manually condense stock and handle products with care.
• Follow company policies and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Be knowledgeable about hot & chilled food products and help customers.
• Replenish stock during shifts.
• Accept deliveries into the store when required.
• Work well within a team, communicate effectively and openly.
• Build relationships with colleagues to create a team spirit.
• Timekeeping; arrive before shift start time, complete pre-shift checks and present yourself as a brand ambassador.

• Retail & Food Experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Flexible schedule: day, night, evenings and weekends.
