Customer Service Assistant

Duration: Temporary Assignment (Approximately 4-6 Weeks)

KINTO UK is seeking six temporary team members to support a short-term project lasting approximately 4-6 weeks.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience within a professional corporate environment. We are looking for candidates who are available immediately, have a confident and professional telephone manner, and can effectively manage deadlines and timescales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact garages within the KINTO UK network to request confirmation and resubmission of account details.
• Follow up with garages regarding outstanding invoices and request copies where required.
• Accurately record information and update internal systems.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach when dealing with external contacts.
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and targets.

Skills & Experience:

• Confident and professional communication skills, particularly over the telephone.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Previous customer service, administration, or contact centre experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
