We're hiring multiple Customer Service Operatives with a strong focus on Goods-In operations - perfect for someone organised, proactive, and confident dealing with people.

• Booking in deliveries and collections, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Acting as a key point of contact for drivers, hauliers, and customers.
• Processing delivery paperwork and Goods-In documentation accurately.
• Resolving discrepancies, delays, and stock issues quickly and professionally.
• Supporting stock control and maintaining accurate system records.
• Managing a small number of customer accounts.
• Assisting with general office administration.

You'll be at the heart of operations, making sure everything runs efficiently, safely, and on time.

• Experience in customer service, logistics, goods-in, or administration.
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• IT literate (Microsoft Office, especially Excel).
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Experience in logistics, transport planning, or stock control is a big plus-but not essential.

• Full training and a structured handover.
• Monday-Friday hours (07:45-16:45) - no weekends or evenings.
• Friendly, supportive team environment.

Due to the rural location, own transport is essential.
