Customer Service Assistant

The Role

Whatever your role in and around the store, everything you do will be focused on the customer experience. Parking will be a breeze, trolleys in easy reach, help always at hand, stock in the right place, deliveries out on time and payment met with a smile.

We are looking for an all rounder candidate. The role duties will be variable around the store; there will be manual handling and warehouse duties involved, including driving the forklift. This is a full time vacancy over 5 days of the week, so we require someone who has full flexibility for a mix of mornings and evenings, and a Sunday shift.

About You

Every day you'll be dealing with and assisting customers, so it's important that you offer every person that walks through our doors a high level of customer service. We look for someone who ideally has experience working in a similar role.

What Can We Offer You

Salary depends on age:

• 21 yrs and over: £12.71 phr
• 18 yrs 20 yrs: £12.00 phr
• Under 18 yrs: £8.82 phr
