We're Hiring: Customer Service Assistants

Location: Southam (New Store - Flying Fields)

Hours: 16 hours per week (permanent)

Pay: £12.71 per hour

We're excited to be opening a brand-new store in Southam (Flying Fields) this July - and we're looking for Customer Service Assistants to join us ahead of launch.

Successful candidates will start in May/June, giving you the opportunity to complete your training and be fully prepared to help open and shape a brand-new store from day one.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service
• Working on tills and handling transactions accurately
• Keeping shelves stocked and delivering high standards in a fast-paced environment
• Supporting your team to create a welcoming store environment
• Helping customers with product knowledge and promotions to maximise sales opportunities
• Promoting Society membership and community initiatives
• Following store processes, including stock control and age-restricted sales

• Willingness to learn and develop in a retail environment
