We work with a range of employers across Scunthorpe who are looking for hardworking and enthusiastic Customer Service Apprentices. As a Customer Service Apprentice, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and supporting day-to-day business operations. You'll build key communication and problem solving skills, all while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you may do jobs such as:

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and face to face
• Handling and resolving customer complaints professionally
• Processing orders and updating customer records
• Providing product or service information to clients
• Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks
• Maintaining a high standard of customer care at all times
• Learning to use in house systems and software
