We Are Zenith is looking for a Customer Service Advisor Apprentice based in Gateshead. The role will support the technical department by delivering an exceptional service experience to customers and gaining hands-on experience in a target-focused environment. Candidates should have GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4), strong communication and IT skills, and a collaborative attitude. This position offers the opportunity to develop essential skills while working alongside experienced staff.
