Customer Service & Sales Support Associate

Location: Cork Role: Permanent

Opportunity to join rapidly growing leading energy organisation. Working as part of the Commercial Sales Team, the Customer Service and Sales Support Associate will manage inbound calls from customers and ensure queries are dealt with efficiently, provide admin support to the Sales team, maintain CRM and other systems, liaise closely with account managers and assist with sales leads.

2+ years experience in a similar role
