We're looking for a confident, organised and proactive Customer Service and Sales Advisor to join our growing office team at Vapor Clean Ltd.

This is not just answering phones.

You'll be managing technician diaries, turning customer enquiries into booked appointments, following up quotations, processing payments and ensuring customers receive an excellent experience from first contact to booking.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Answering incoming calls & website enquiries
• Booking jobs and managing technician diaries
• Taking card payments
• Following up quotes and outbound calls
• Sending confirmations and contracts
• General admin support

About You

• Has customer service experience.
• Is confident on the phone.
• Has strong computer skills (Outlook, Word and Excel).
• Is able to multitask in a busy office.
• Enjoys finding solutions and taking a proactive approach.

Working Hours & Pay

Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Friday: 8:30am - 3:00pm

Pay: £13.45 per hour (Real Living Wage)

• Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
