• Previous customer service experience is essential
• Excellent phone manner and confidence speaking with a high volume of members
• Clear communication skills and a supportive, professional approach
• Ability to follow processes and handle sensitive conversations
• Reliable, organised, and comfortable working in a fast paced environmentConfident and courteous telephone manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
