My client are seeking a Customer Service analyst to join their team on a permanent basis
This role is working on a small and busy helpdesk and involves a strong focus on Customer Service and attention to detail and problem solving
The ideal individual will be tech savvy and have experience of working with CRM systems
Previous experience working within the utilities (water, gas, electricity) industry will be advantageous
