Job Description

Location: Alexandra Area

Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm , Alt Sat 8.00am- 12.00pm

Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and attend to walk in customers promptly, addressing queries or directing them to the appropriate departments
  • Manage registration for appointment based and walk in customers, accurately recording information in the system
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via the SDMONE Go App (BYD), providing timely responses
  • Monitor and respond to workshop emails, ensuring service requests are addressed or escalated
  • Process BYD customer payments, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled in Webclient, and prepare documents for settlement submission
  • Track, issue, and redeem BYD dining and referral vouchers while maintaining accurate records
  • Prepare and issue Letters of Undertaking (LOU) for the Body & Paint department as required
  • Oversee inventory and procurement of operational supplies (carpark tickets, CSA key tags, credit card paper rolls) to support daily operations
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service, retail, or front facing hospitality experience
  • Minimum: GCE 'O'/'N' Level, Diploma, or equivalent.
