It's a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, so a positive, can-do attitude goes a long way.Main responsibilities include:Delivering excellent customer service and accurate account administrationHandling inbound customer calls and other communication channelsResolving queries in a timely and professional mannerLiaising with internal teams to achieve the best outcome for the customerRecording all activities accurately on the company CRMHoursCore hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00. There is a small amount of flexibility required, including one week in every ten on an 11:00 to 20:00 shift, and one Saturday morning in every ten (09:00 to 13:00).What we're looking for:A strong background in customer service, ideally with some administrative or credit control experienceConfident communicator, comfortable on the phone in a busy environmentGood attention to detail and the ability to multi-taskPC literate with accurate keyboard skillsGCSE level education or equivalent (5 x A-C)Team player with a flexible, adaptable approachSalary: £26,228 per annum (pro rata whilst temp)INDH
