Key Responsibilities
  • Create the optimal rental experience by maximising on sales and service opportunities for every customer.
  • Assist in Queue Management at Dublin Airport Terminals, and off site location, to facilitate shorter wait times and a smooth customer experience.
  • Help backlogs at various pressure points across all departments.
  • Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations.
  • Handle all customer needs with professionalism and confidence.
  • Handle all telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues.
  • Ad hoc duties in line with business needs.
Experience and Skills
  • Full clean B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years is an advantage.
  • Excellent phone handling / communication skills.
  • Experience in customer interactions in a fast paced environment is advantageous.
  • Strong IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and conscientious approach to work.
  • Driven, charismatic, and eager to learn in a fast paced, rewarding environment.
