Salary: £28,168 pa + bonus up to £1,387 pa OTE
Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours / week (includes weekend working on rota basis)
As a Customer Service Agent, you play a key role in taking our award winning service directly to customers' doors, ensuring vehicles are where we need them to be, when we need them there.
You're often the first point of contact for customers; confidently delivering a great service with a smile is second nature. You excel at managing multiple tasks simultaneously - resolving customer rental queries, administering customer accounts, and overseeing daily vehicle movements in and out of the branch.
Previous industry or vehicle rental administration experience is not required; our proven induction training will cover that. You will need strong customer service know how, administrative skill, a calm, can do attitude, and a Full UK or EU Driving Licence.
