As a Customer Service Agent, you play a key role in taking our award winning service directly to customers' doors, expertly ensuring our vehicles are where we need them to be, when we need them to be there.
Life as a Customer Service Agent at AuxillisAn Auxillis branch is a busy, fast paced place to be and, as a Customer Service Agent, you will be right at the very centre of it. You're often the first point of contact for customers; confidently delivering a great service with a smile is second nature. You excel in managing more than one task at a time - from resolving a customer rental query, administering a customer account, or overseeing the daily vehicle movements in and out of the branch.
You don't need any previous industry or vehicle rental administration experience - our proven induction training will take care of that. You'll need all of your customer service know how, administration skill and most importantly your calm, 'can do' attitude (along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence) to get things done.
