Customer Service Agent

Salary: £28,168 pa + bonus up to £1,387 pa OTE

Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours / week

Job Summary: As a Customer Service Agent, you bring to life the Northgate experience, managing the needs of customers, colleagues, and managers to ensure our vehicles are where we need them to be, when we need them to be there.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, delivering great service with a smile.
• Source vehicles to facilitate booking, resolving customer rental queries, and administering customer accounts.
• Oversee daily vehicle movements in and out of the branch.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced branch environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service experience.
• Administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Calm, can do attitude.
• Full UK or EU Driving Licence.
• No prior industry or vehicle rental administration experience required; induction training provided.
