• Rates; £15-17.08 p/h (via umbrella)

Sanderson are partnered with a leading financial services brand to identify multiple Customer Service Agents to support customers on queries and complaints regarding their personal lending accounts.

What you will be doing;

• Be the point of contact for customers via inbound calls.
• Provide support and advice for customers personal loan accounts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, aiming for a first time resolution on every call.
• Maintain accurate customer records in line with GDPR.

Experience/Skills required;

• Customer service experience within a financial services and contact/call centre environment.
• Clear communication.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
