Customer Service Advisors

Pertemps Gloucester (Chiltern) Industrial seeks temporary Customer Service Advisors in Bristol for student accommodation check-in duties throughout September. This part-time role covers Bristol City Centre, Bedminster, and Bath City Centre, with shifts available between 5th and 19th September, from 08:00 to 20:00, including weekend work. Pay ranges from £12.71 to £14.00 per hour. Responsibilities include welcoming students, directing them to rooms, assisting with car parking, ensuring accommodation cleanliness, and supporting families.

Strong verbal communication, customer service skills, and attention to detail are essential, alongside confidence in engaging with diverse individuals. This assignment suits those available for flexible hours during the specified period.

Job Duties:

• Welcoming students into the complex.
• Checking in students and showing them to their accommodations
• Signposting students around the accommodation.
• Assisting in the Carpark
• Ensuring Rooms are clean and tidy
• Offering help and support to students and their families

• Good customer service skills

• Confident in interacting with people from different backgrounds.
