Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:45 - 18:00

We require exemplary Service Advisors who currently work for a recognised retail car franchise to join our team to help deliver the highest levels of departmental performance, customer and team satisfaction.

Our goals are to uphold and improve the best working environment as a team of professional service receptionists by becoming part of our already strong-working relationship with our superb workshop technical team.

It is imperative that the successful candidate has a keen eye for detail, is digitally competent and has a passionate to work in a well-organised and professional workplace.

• A solid track record of working within the role of Service Advisor for a recognised retail car franchise and, although Volkswagen experience would be preferable, we will consider all applicants with an outstanding track record
• Comfortable working with iPad/digital customer support processes and video up-selling techniques
• Confident working in a quality showroom environment with face-to-face customer interactions forming a major part of the role
• The requirement to present as a polished professional is essential
• Have a true hunger to meet business and personal performance targets to maximise earnings and customer service
