Customer Service Advisor (Part Time)

Our client is looking for a Customer Service advisor (Part Time), based in Port Solent Marina. This role will be primarily office based but will also include some outdoor working and is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual, with a flexible work ethic, to join a fast paced and friendly team on a busy marina.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

• Ability to understand and deliver excellent customer service
• A good understanding of enquiry and sales handling
• Ability to learn and use computer software systems
• A can do attitude and flexible approach to teamwork

This is a seasonal position with hours worked across the year to reflect the needs of the business:

• Average of 26.25 hours per week across the year
• Summer season (April-September): typically around 4.5 days per week on a rota
• Winter season (October-March): typically around 2.5 days per week on a rota

Experience and knowledge of boating would be beneficial but not essential as training, where required, will be given. In all cases we will support you to grow your skills and assist you to reach your potential.
