An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Customer Service Advisors to join a well-established and growing business, with vacancies available in Wandsworth and Charlton.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, delivering excellent customer service, and helping customers find the right solutions. Offering a mix of customer interaction, administration, sales, and operational responsibilities, this is a varied position where no two days are the same.

The RoleThe Customer Service Advisor will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a high level of service both over the phone and face-to-face. They will be responsible for handling enquiries, identifying customer needs, and ensuring customers receive the best possible experience from start to finish.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the site while contributing to overall sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing customers.
• Handle enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Convert enquiries into sales opportunities and support the achievement of site targets.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
• Work independently and take responsibility when required.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide ongoing support.
