Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a dynamic, customer focused Customer Service Advisor to join our fast paced dealership team at Whapload Road, Lowestoft. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be the face of John Grose, welcoming customers and supporting them when booking vehicles in for servicing and repairs.

Ensuring the health and safety of customers, colleagues, and third parties is a key priority of this role.

Key Responsibilities

You will receive full training, with duties including:

• Delivering the highest level of customer care and satisfaction
• Building rapport with customers and explaining technical information in a clear, customer friendly way
• Keeping customers fully informed on vehicle repair progress
• Maintaining accurate and up to date customer records on internal systems
• Processing payments and invoices
• Handling telephone and email enquiries
• Advising customers on additional products or services where appropriate

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Education to A Level standard or equivalent
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• A proactive and positive approach to work
• Confidence in advising customers on additional sales
• A full, clean UK driving licence

Working Hours

• 43.75 hours per week
• Monday to Friday between 7:30am - 6:00pm
• 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (7:30am - 1:00pm), on a rota basis

Salary & Bonus

• OTE with bonus: £33,400
