Customer Care Advisor - Donnington, Telford

Salary: £26,227.50 per annum. Working hours: Mon Fri 9am 5:30pm. Full time, permanent, office based.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with the highest level of customer experience.
• Work to deadlines while providing quality customer service.
• Update and maintain customers' records on an ongoing basis.
• Provide support to sales support to our field based and inside sales teams.
• Promote products on call in line with relevant promotional activity.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate messages and build trust with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent telephone manner and customer rapport skills to deliver the best customer care experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team and achieve common goals.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Computer literate; SAP experience desirable.
