We are looking for a motivated and customer focused Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly and supportive team at Tewkesbury Borough Council. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to our community by delivering high quality, accessible services to residents, businesses, and visitors.
You will be the first point of contact for a wide range of council services, handling enquiries via telephone, live chat, email, and face to face interactions. Your role will be key in ensuring residents receive timely, accurate information and support.
