Due to continued growth within our Specialist Dealer Services division, we are looking for motivated and customer focused customer service advisors to join our busy and vibrant team.

The Role

As a customer service advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our external sales team and building strong relationships with our motor dealer partners. You will manage finance proposals from start to finish, ensuring a high standard of service, accuracy, and compliance at every stage.

This is a varied, fast paced role that combines customer service, analytical thinking, and collaboration with both internal teams and external finance providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the external sales team and act as a key point of contact for motor dealers
• Administer finance proposals from initial enquiry through to completion
• Liaise with associated finance companies to secure funding approvals
• Communicate finance decisions clearly and professionally to dealers
• Assess customer circumstances to identify suitable funding options
• Ensure all activity is compliant and aligned with Treating Customers Fairly principles
• Deliver consistently high levels of customer service via telephone and email

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer focused with a professional telephone manner
• Results driven, self motivated, and organised
• Numerate and confident in decision making
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Office and bespoke systems
• Highly motivated & ambitious individuals
• Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in motor trade and/or finance
• Full time role; Monday to Friday 9 6pm, with rotational weekend working
• 25 days annual leave, increasing with length of service
