Salary: £24,000 - £27,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time

A growing industrial retailer in Writtle is expanding their friendly team and looking for a Customer Service Advisor who loves speaking to people, solving problems, and providing first-class support.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting customers over phone, email and live chat

• Advising on a wide range of products for home and business use

• Processing orders and providing updates

• Resolving delivery queries and ensuring great aftercare

• Keeping on top of general admin

• Learning about new products as they come in
